Parad Gutika (Mercury Ball)

Parad Gutika (Mercury ball) keep in 200 gms of milk for one hour and take the same three times a day (morning, noon and evening). Rest of time Gutika should be kept in pure drinkning water.

Special Note: For better results the milk should be kept in silver vessels, if not possible use bowl or clay pot only.
